Framing - Foster’s Construction has the skill set to frame up from the slab for room additions, new builds or structures. We also offer interior framing services which come into play when moving walls to adjustfoot prints of existing living spaces. If your needing engineered beams installed; structural supports; trusses; rafters; headers; walls; or exterior sheeting we can do it.
Roofing - Foster’s Construction can assist in your new roof installation from shingle selection to final installation. We do complete roof stripping to rafters. We always replace broken rafters. Foster’s Construction uses the latest technology in materials including stronger OSB materials; radiant barrier felt materials; impact resistant shingles; color matching long life silicones; and top of the line roof venting. We distribute for the largest shingle manufactures in the U.S.A. which give us an edge for pricing, and shingle selection.
Hardi-plank and Siding Installation - Foster’s Construction can upgrade your homes exterior with hardi-plank siding materials. Our system for installation is second to none in the industry. Once your home is stripped of the old existing siding material, we can increase your energy efficiency with radiant barrier wrap materials. We use hardi-siding specific fasteners for maximum durability. Hardi trim; facia; vented or non-vented soffet and siding installation is a huge upgrade to your home value, and durability against inclement weather.
Concrete - Foster’s Construction can do all forms of concrete work from lay out, to dirt work, re bar installation, and concrete pouring/installation. We have extensive experience in pouring concrete for slabs; patios; driveways; sidewalks; and pool decks. If you are looking for a specific color or stain for your concrete the options are limitless.
Exterior Paint /Stain Work - Foster’s Construction has extensive experience with finishing out the exterior portions of residential and commercial structures. Prior to finish coating the exterior of a structure multiple steps has to be completed including replacing damaged or rotted materials, pressure washing all paintable surfaces, and caulking all seams and joints on the structure.We also prime all the paintable surfaces with a bonding and sealing acrylic primer. Finish coat is generally low sheen acrylic latex with UV protection properties to shield the structure from the intense Texas sun. We do stain work on all surfaces including sun proofing decks, fences, arbors, and pergolas, using high quality UV protection materials.
Interior Paint /Stain Work - Foster’s Construction can also assist you on interior paint or stain work for your residential, and commercial projects. We can finish any raw or pre-finished wood; strip existing finishes; and sand and putty. We use a pre-stain treatment for a more even stain color and application; apply oil or lacquer based stain only for maximum quality; and use sand sealer for maximum durability and finish. Our top coats are generally oil base or lacquer base with a multitude of sheens from gloss, semi-gloss to satin.
Outdoor Living Spaces - Foster’s Construction can design and build a second living space outside of your home utilizing patio areas, or even around your pool. Whether a custom cover, pergola, or sunroom is needed we can design and build it for you. We use all sorts of materials to achieve the look you want from matching the house to cedar for the more rustic look. We can design and build your outdoor kitchen or party area or extend existing patios for more usable room for entertaining.

Windows - Foster’s Construction can assist you in window installation for your residential or commercial structure. We distribute windows for local window manufactures here in the surrounding area. The windows we sell are solid core; argon filled; doubled paned; Low E; double or single hung units. Our windows can be frosted for privacy or tempered for safety.
Drainage / Below Grade Water Solutions - Foster’s Construction can assist you with water removal around your residential and commercial structures. We have extensive experience in below grade water penetration, drying in slabs, and underground springs. Our systems for doing this are highly effective in protecting your investment, and completely effective in resolving the water issues. Soil tapering, and below grade drainage for water removal with low impact on the surrounding environment is another specialty we have in water removal. We will design and build your system for your particularneed.
